CECINAS NIETO is dedicated to the production and wholesaling of Cecina de León IGP.

As part of our continuous efforts at improvement, 2019 saw the expansion of our facilities in the form of a new 100% beef and halal plant. To ensure that Quality Management System remains both a strategic goal and a priority, we decided to pursue IFS food safety certification.

Thus, in 2021 we obtained IFS certification that guides our commitment to seeking innovation while maintaining the quality and tradition of our food and, above all, ensuring that it is SAFE AND HEALTHY.

We also hold the industry’s SAE PROTOCOL certification, which means we are approved and authorized by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture to export to third countries that allow the sale and marketing of cured beef.
