CECINA DE LEON IGP TASTING AT VERSAILLES

On June 10th 2009, Cecinas Nieto exhibited their Cecina de León IGP to a wide variety of invited clients, in Versailles.
The tasting took place at a beautiful and exquisite venue: The Trianon Palace, a former summer palace of the French court.
The Trianon Palace nowadays is a prestigious hotel with two restaurants managed by the famous two Michelin stars Chef: SIMONI.
The guest tasted the Cecina de León IGP in one of these restaurants: La Verada. It was the first time they tasted the product and they were surprised and delighted with the quality and Bouquet of this gourmet product.
